Affiliate Disclosure

Transparency about how hlumi.com earns revenue and discloses material connections.

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

⚖️ FTC Disclosure Notice: In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255), and similar disclosure requirements in the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions, hlumi.com is required to clearly disclose any material connections between this platform and third parties from which we may receive compensation. This page provides that disclosure in full.

1. About hlumi.com

hlumi.com is a free video sharing and streaming platform operated by Search Media LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE STE R, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87110, USA. The platform allows users to upload, watch, share, and discover video content across a wide range of topics and categories.

hlumi.com is provided entirely free of charge to all users. To sustain platform operations, hosting, content delivery, and ongoing development, hlumi.com generates revenue through advertising and, in certain cases, affiliate partnerships. This Affiliate Disclosure explains the nature of those relationships.

2. Advertising Revenue

The primary source of revenue for hlumi.com is third-party advertising served through Google AdSense. The following ad types are served across the platform:

📺

Display & Native Ads (AdSense for Content)

Responsive banner ads, in-article native ads, in-feed native ads, multiplex grid ad units, anchor ads, side rail ads, and vignette ads — displayed on all pages surrounding and between video content. hlumi.com earns revenue on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) and CPC (cost per click) basis for these placements.

🎬

Video Ads (AdSense for Video — IMA SDK)

Pre-roll, mid-roll, and post-roll video advertisements served directly inside the hlumi.com video player via Google’s Interactive Media Ads (IMA) SDK, along with non-linear overlay banners and companion display ads. hlumi.com earns CPM revenue for video ad impressions and completions.

🔍

Related Search Ads — RSOC / AFS

Contextual search suggestion units powered by Google AdSense for Search (AFS) and Related Search on Content (RSOC). When you click a suggested search term, you are shown paid search results from Google’s Search Partner Network. hlumi.com earns CPC revenue for qualifying clicks on these search results. Where search results carry an “Aff” or “Affiliate” label, hlumi.com or its authorised feed provider may receive financial compensation related to that result.

All advertising on hlumi.com is served by Google and its authorised partners. We do not directly control which specific ads appear on the platform. Ad content is determined algorithmically by Google based on page content, user interests (where consent is given), and advertiser bids. hlumi.com does not personally endorse any advertiser, product, or service shown in advertisements on this platform.

3. Affiliate Links & Partnerships

In addition to advertising, certain content on hlumi.com — including video descriptions, channel pages, editorial articles, or recommended resource sections — may contain affiliate links. An affiliate link is a specially tracked URL that, when clicked and followed by a qualifying purchase or action, may result in hlumi.com receiving a commission or referral fee from the third-party merchant or service provider.

Where affiliate links appear on hlumi.com, they will be clearly identified with a label such as:

  • “Affiliate Link”
  • “Sponsored”
  • “Ad”
  • “*” (asterisk with disclosure note nearby)
  • Or a similar clear disclosure indicator

The presence of an affiliate link does not influence the editorial content or recommendations of hlumi.com or its creators. We only include affiliate links to products or services that we genuinely believe may be of value to our users.

✅ What This Means for You

Clicking an affiliate link does not cost you anything extra. The price you pay for any product or service is exactly the same whether you use our affiliate link or go directly to the merchant’s website. The commission we receive — if any — is paid by the merchant, not by you.

🎯 Our Editorial Independence

Any compensation received through affiliate partnerships does not influence the content, rankings, reviews, or recommendations made on hlumi.com. Our editorial decisions are made independently. We are committed to providing honest, useful, and unbiased content to our users at all times.

4. Creator Content & Sponsored Videos

hlumi.com is a user-generated content platform. Individual creators who upload videos to hlumi.com may include their own affiliate links, sponsored content disclosures, or paid partnership references within their video descriptions, comments, or video content itself.

hlumi.com is not responsible for the affiliate relationships or sponsored arrangements of individual creators. Each creator is solely responsible for complying with applicable disclosure laws — including FTC guidelines, UK CAP/ASA rules, and EU consumer protection regulations — with respect to any commercial relationships they hold.

If you are a creator on hlumi.com and your video contains paid promotions, sponsored content, or affiliate links, you are required to clearly disclose this to your viewers within the video itself and/or in the video description, in compliance with applicable law and platform guidelines.

5. No Guarantees or Endorsements

hlumi.com does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, availability, or suitability of any product, service, or merchant referenced through advertising or affiliate links on this platform. Any decision to purchase a product or engage a service based on content seen on hlumi.com is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

The inclusion of any advertiser, affiliate partner, or sponsored content on hlumi.com does not constitute a formal endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by Search Media LLC of that product, service, or company.
